We believe honest founders
deserve a louder signal
than dishonest ones.
That's the whole thesis. Everything else — the software, the integrations, the 27 checks, the shareable link — is just the scaffolding that makes it true.
Three of us. Enough.
Former fraud lead at a large regional bank. Saw too many good founders get lumped in with bad ones because there was no way to tell them apart fast enough. Started Corra to fix that asymmetry.
Built risk-engine infrastructure at two fintechs and audited the books of a third that didn't survive its own creative bookkeeping. Knows exactly what "continuous" has to mean to be credible.
Spent a decade making financial software that founders actually want to open. Believes the right UX can make honesty feel lighter than dishonesty.
Five principles. Non-negotiable.
Honest by construction, not by culture.
Good culture changes with leadership. Math doesn't. Every check we run has to be mathematically verifiable, not trust-based.
Quiet is the feature.
Dashboards that demand attention make anxious founders. We send one email when something matters. Otherwise: silence. Silence is trust.
Your data never trains anyone.
Not us, not a model, not a partner. Your financial data is evidence, not training corpus. We'd rather lose a deal than compromise this.
Shareable is the whole point.
If your trust signal is stuck inside our dashboard, we failed. Everything we build has to be signable, linkable, and revocable — so it works in the real world.
We compete with fear, not with other software.
Our real competitor is the founder's 11pm email from an LP asking "is the cash still there?" If Corra removes that email, we've won.
People who have seen the other side of the table.
- David Marks · former head of forensic accounting at a Big Four firm
- Elena Chiu · former MAS regulator, fintech licensing
- Rohan Patel · partner at a top-tier growth fund
- Yuki Tanaka · former head of audit at a public SaaS company
Replace the quarterly ask.
Your founders don't have time. You don't want to be the LP chasing them. With permission, pin each portfolio company's Corra signal to your fund dashboard. Anomalies alert you first. LP reporting gets shorter. Nobody has to ask "is the cash still there?" again.
